01/11/2022 – Scam emails regarding quarantined messages

We’ve received reports that clients have received emails which state that either their inbox is full or that there are quarantined messages. The emails then give a link to click to resolve these issues.

Do not click any links in such emails and certainly do not login with your username/password via any links provided.

These emails are intended to harvest login information and then use your email account to send further spam/scam emails.

A typical email is shown below:

Please mark these emails as spam, delete and do not interact with them further.

We will never send emails regarding full inboxes or requesting further authentication.
